Do You Ship Internationally?
Visual Paradigm licenses are digital only, you will not receive any physical goods. We sell Visual Paradigm Globally.
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We don’t ship physical products. You will receive all license information by email. Make sure to use a valid and correct email address.
How Long Will It Take To Get My License?
On average your license information will be available within 48-hours. In the meantime you can use a temporary version of Visual Paradigm to install the software and start work before the license information arrives. Instructions will be sent to you after the order is placed.
Payment Information
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes, it is possible to order and pay by invoice. Contact us to discuss your order and the possibilities.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
Buying On-Line is safe. However, make sure you are on a legit website, like visualparadigm.eu and verify that encryption is active. If you don’t feel safe paying online, contact us to see if you can pay by invoice.

Visual Paradigm EU accepts most current payment methods through Stripe. Please check at checkout if your desired payment method is activated. If not, please contact us to pay by invoice.
